Twenty years ago, debuted their album Homework. The album was pushed the boundaries electronic music and changed the industry in an instant. To date, Homework is labeled as one the most influential albums all time.

Over the past two decades, Daft Punk’s fans have been researching different samples used from Daft Punk’s album. “Fresh” had still been a mystery though. Twenty years since its release, who produces under the name N O R I A finally discovered the origin “Fresh.”

Apparently, the sample used in Daft Punk’s single is a bar from Viola Willis’ “If You Leave Me Now.” Take a listen below and compare for yourself.
