The father of child rapper, Lil Poopy arrested during gang raid in Massachusetts.
According to Boston.com, Luis "Fat Louie" Rivera, the father of rappin' tot Lil Poopy, was one of 60 people charged in a federal raid targeting those involved in drugs and guns.
As a result of the sweep, Rivera was hit with a conspiracy to distribute cocaine charge.
Both Lil Poopy and his father made headlines in 2013, following the release of Poopy's “Stay Schemin (Remix)" music video.
In the video to "Stay Schemin (Remix)," the then nine-year-old can reportedly be seen slapping a woman’s behind. A champagne bottle-wielding French Montana also makes an appearance in the controversial video.
As a result of the "Stay Schemin (Remix)" video, Rivera quickly found himself under investigation by child welfare officials.
Mostly recently, Lil Poopy gained nationwide fame as a contestant on Jermaine Dupri's The Rap Game reality competition on Lifetime.
It is currently unclear when Rivera will appear in court to face his conspiracy to distribute cocaine charge.
