Tuscany-born House and Techno producer Marco Faraone debuts on Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi label with his new double-sided single, ‘That’s Right / I Don’t Care.’ The Italian groove technician is an underground stalwart currently operating out of Barcelona, whose presence in house and techno has been unwavering for the past two decades.

‘That’s Right / I Don’t Care’
The lead track ‘That’s Right‘ is a tech-fueled club offering that underscores his no-frills approach in the studio. Hypnotic hip-hop vocal hooks carry a commanding appeal, looping with grit and resolve. Hissing hats, crisp drum programming, intermittent tambourine rhythms, and punchy, pitch-shifting basslines work in unison to amplify its zeal. On the other hand, the second side, ‘I Don’t Care,’ dwells within the hyper funk and soul. Lighter soundwaves yet powerful grooves, the track contains energy-filled vocals and sensual chords. With an exhilarating build-up, the track explodes with an ensemble of tropical and percussive waves.
