Auris Presents Unveils TRANSITIONS: Chicago’s New Multi-Venue New Year’s Week Experience

Chicago’s nightlife scene is about to evolve once again. Auris Presents, the powerhouse behind ARC Music Festival and some of the city’s most iconic events, has officially announced the inaugural edition of TRANSITIONS, a brand-new week-long New Year’s celebration running from December 26, 2025, through January 1, 2026. This ambitious festival will span seven days across seven venues, featuring over 70 global artists in a first-of-its-kind concept designed to transform Chicago’s year-end energy into a multi-sensory experience.

Inspired by the Underground Resistance classic “Transition”, Auris’ newest concept is a call to evolve, question, and move boldly into what’s next. Each venue will embody a unique phase of transformation — solid, liquid, and vapor — expressed through immersive visuals, thematic stage design, and curated soundscapes that symbolize the passage from one year to the next. The venues include Radius, Cermak Hall, Concord, Prysm (SERUM), Outset, Smoke & Mirrors, and Spybar, each serving as a portal in this journey of sound and energy.

The debut edition of TRANSITIONS features a stacked lineup spanning house, techno, and everything in between. At Radius, house heads can expect Chris Lorenzo, Cloonee, Four Tet, Dylan Brady, Beltran, and a Defected takeover led by Purple Disco Machine, Claude VonStroke, and Never Dull. Next door at Cermak Hall, the beats continue with Azzecca’s Cosimea, AYYBO, Chloé Caillet, Floorplan, Paurro, and a techno showdown from Kobosil B2B Cera Khin. Over at Concord, Soulection’s Andre Power, Matroda, and AIROD B2B HHUNTER bring their high-energy sounds, while SERUM (Prysm) hosts Bart Skills, Pleasurekraft, Hannah Laing, Ben Klock, ANNĒ, Yotto (presenting ANTI), and a Farris Wheel NYE with Gene Farris and Shiba San.

Smoke & Mirrors will feature Perc Trax with Perc, Selective Response, and TRUST with Black Light Smoke, Patrixia, and Echodroides, while Spybar hosts CHKLTE, Pauza, GENESI, and Matt Sassari. Meanwhile, Outset’s Boots NYE event promises a wild mix of Boots, Miss Toto, Kirk B2B Miss B Haven, and more to be announced.

The grand finale arrives with the return of the iconic DAY ONE marathon, running 21 hours of nonstop house and techno on January 1, 2026, at Prysm. Expect performances from Adam Beyer, Derrick Carter, DJ Tennis, Kevin de Vries, Kyle Watson, Noizu, ChaseWest, and more, as they ring in 2026 with full-force energy.

2025 marks a milestone year for Auris Presents, celebrating five years of ARC Music Festival and producing over 500 shows across the city, from Navy Pier Open Air to The July 4th Weekender. With TRANSITIONS, the collective once again proves why it’s the beating heart of Chicago’s electronic music scene, redefining what a New Year’s festival experience can be.

Fans can sign up now for the TRANSITIONS presale, beginning Thursday, October 16 at 10 AM CT, with general on-sale at 12 PM CT the same day. All events are 21+. For details and ticket registration, visit Auris Presents’ official site.
