Bonnaroo returns to the Bonnaroo Farm in Manchester, TN from June 12-15 with a brand new Infinity Stage. The platform will feature a collection of dance and electronic acts from Big Gigantic, Mary Droppinz, Washed Out, Parisi, Blacklizt, and even Rebecca Black. Not to mention, the stage will also have a b2b set from Of the Trees and Tape B plus an artist takeover from John Summit’s Experts Only label. Additionally, check out the full lineup for the Infinity Stage below. It sounds like it’s going to be an exceptionally transformative experience for Bonnaroo newbies and veterans alike. Expect it to bring a Las Vegas Sphere comparable experience to the Midwest.
Now, the Infinity Stage is composed of three domes and is an open-air concept. It’s going to be known as “the world’s largest 360-degree spatial audio experience”, as Billboard puts it. Polygon Live is its producer, specializing in great immersive audio experiences from international festivals already. Once in Thailand and the other in Saudi Arabia. What’s more, festival director, Brad Parker, states the audio experience is challenging but its audio experience parallels what the Sphere brings to Las Vegas in video. At the Sphere, the brand drives how the visual experience goes. With the Infinity Stage, the audio drives the entire experience with its “surround sound on steroids”. Pretty neat!

We’re certainly excited to see the Polygon technology come to life here since previous use of the technology emphasized sounds in ways never heard before. From DJs, to Mongolian throat singing groups and meditation sound baths. Furthermore, stay tuned for the Infinity stage’s festival placement as Bonnaroo’s programming gets its turn. Lastly, attendees can look forward to other immersive entertainment and wellness experiences from the stage.
