Crankdat shares heavy three-track ‘Mechanized Mayhem’ EP

Crankdat spares no punches on his new three-track Mechanized Mayhem EP. The EP comes in as the producer’s latest offering of 2020, following up on January’s “Who I Am.”

The first single, “Blah Blah,” is the EP’s only collaborative cut, and perhaps one of the hardest dubstep showings to date from Crankdat. “ILL” blends hard rock and heavy-handed trap elements, giving the single a very different dynamic than the first track. The final track, “Pack A Punch,” offers a polished cap to the collection of new material, rounding out the project with a dose of commercial appeal.

Crankdat spoke to Dancing Astronaut about the release, explaining,

Mechanized Mayhem is my first body of work since my Gearworld VOL. 1 EP from last April/May.  With this EP the goal was to showcase some of the heavier tracks I’ve been working on over the past few months.  I’m stoked to finally get to show this to my fans.”
