Defected has just dropped one of the most impressive residency lineups of the 2026 Ibiza season, announcing their takeover of Thursday nights at Chinois Ibiza from May 7th through October 8th. The 23-week residency marks a significant move for the legendary house label, bringing together an incredible mix of house pioneers, contemporary heavyweights, and rising talent.
True to Defected’s reputation for balancing heritage with forward-thinking programming, this lineup spans the entire spectrum of house music culture. Chicago originator Lil Louis and Detroit visionary Carl Craig represent the genre’s foundational roots, while rising stars like Olive F, D Stone, and Joella Jackson showcase the future of house.
Scene-defining legends Kerri Chandler, Kevin Saunderson, and Armand Van Helden will bring their decades of experience to the intimate Chinois dancefloor. Meanwhile, contemporary powerhouses including Dennis Ferrer, Eats Everything, Jayda G, and Jonas Blue are set to deliver peak-time energy week after week.
Chinois Ibiza, located in the heart of Ibiza’s Marina and walking distance from Ibiza Town, has quickly established itself as one of the island’s most respected venues since opening in 2022. Known as the “sonic temple of Ibiza” for its exceptional sound quality, the club’s community-driven atmosphere and dancefloor-first philosophy makes it an ideal home for Defected’s ethos.

The residency showcases both Defected’s core family and their expanding roster. Label mainstays Sam Divine, Monki, and Melé will be joined by newer additions including Oden & Fatzo, Deetron, Riva Starr, Arielle Free, and Shermanology.
Tastemakers TSHA, Eliza Rose, Cinthie, KILIMANJARO, and Ella Knight reflect the breadth and diversity of today’s house landscape, proving that Defected continues to stay ahead of the curve while honoring its foundational commitment to the genre.
