How has 2025 been for you so far?Â
Amazing year with great shows and crazy new tunes and a lot of friendsÂ
Your new cut âsolarisâ â what was the original inspiration behind the track?
Braev and I linked up in LA. He had this vocal already with some of the melodies, and I produced the track in a dark driving style with a vicious drop right at the peak.
You mentioned that the track came together in a single session â thatâs rare. what do you think made the creative process so fluid?
Well braev came with a pretty solid idea and we were totally vibing in the studio that made everything very easy to come togetherÂ
Any specific gear or plugins that helped shape its vibe?
Just my usual stuff, nothing external, a lot of serum, hive, and pretty standard mixing plugins like fabfilter soundtoys Valhalla UAD etc
Braevâs vocals are hauntingly emotional. what drew you to working with him specifically? Who wrote the lyrics? how did his vocal style influence your production decisions on the track?
Braev and I had known each other for a while and we bantered well as friends, had some deep talks about life and had a strong connection before stepping into the studio, and I believe it really helped.
Would you say âsolarisâ marks the beginning of more collaborations between you two?
Definitely!Â
Are there any dream collaboratorsâproducers, vocalists, or even visual artistsâyouâre hoping to work with in the near future?Â
Would love to do one with RY-X if we talking Vocalists. Max styler Discip or genesi if we talking producersÂ
What direction do you see melodic techno heading in the next couple of years? are you adapting your sound with that in mind?
Definitely becoming more niche, after being commercialized, and with the new tech scene gaining power i predict only core fans gonna remain in the genre and the outcome will be more interesting underground melodic tracksÂ
As for me Iâm adapting with the scene for sure but never gonna give up classic melodic tracks here and there đÂ
Whatâs a piece of advice youâd give your younger self just starting out in music production?Â
Never stop, no matter how hard it gets , its worth it in the end.
What keeps you grounded or creatively inspired?
The beach
Whatâs next on the horizon for you musically?Â
Lots of new stuff and as always trying my best to break the known electronic music barriersÂ
