The holidays may be over, but Eric Prydz‘s HOLOdays remain in full swing. This past weekend the Swedish superstar gave New York’s Expo Center a tasting of his sensational HOLO show, arguably the greatest amalgamation of light and sound in the industry today, over the course of a triple stack of sold-out nights. Those in attendance surely get the hype behind Prydz’ current setup. But with such a technical feat being so difficult to display in words, the formerly elusive HOLO show is still a mystery to many fans in the states who haven’t had the opportunity to see it. Until now…
A comprehensive video compliments of user Mi5taKlean shared to YouTube doesn’t only give die-hards the chance to experience the artistic wizardry of the HOLO show, but gives real insight into the powerhouse productions and technical masterclass that Eric Prydz has built his reputation on. Never afraid to dig deep into his catalog or give a taste of the unreleased, Prydz’ show from last Saturday sees him spinning everything from Cirez D’s 2003 debut showing “Diamond Girl,” to the much adorned “EPIC 5.0 Intro.”
Eric Prydz has no current plans to bring his HOLO show to the states but Ultra recently confirmed the progressive paragon for its 2020 Miami installment. For additional tour dates, most of which are in Europe, head over to Prydz’ official Facebook.
