Euphoric Hardstyle punch meets Uptempo: “Never Enough” is an interesting experiment in Hardstyle for RayRay and Gammer

• Sort of Wasted Penguinz, reinvented
• Impressive loud kick
• Vocal that blends well to the overall vibe

So stoked to see RayRay leveling up yet again, this time teaming up with another bass music favorite – Gammer. Their new collab “Never Enough” on Basscon Records surprised me: way more melodic than I expected, but in a good way.

The duo dives headfirst into hardstyle territory here, landing somewhere between Wasted Penguinz’ euphoric Hardstyle, their signature sounds and uptempo. That kick punches through everything (in the best way), while the ethereal vocals add just enough emotion without killing the energy.

I’ll be honest: the buildup felt a bit empty and simple. The melody does its job and nothing more, but what really shines is how well they blend genres. It’s the sound design and that massive kick that won me over.

“Never Enough” feels like melodic hardstyle reinvented. Creative, effective, and packing way more depth than your average festival banger. I was hoping for one final surprise at the end, maybe an anti-climax, but when the results are this solid, I’m not complaining.

For fans who want their hardstyle with both melody and muscle, this hits that sweet spot. RayRay and Gammer proving once again why they’re two of the most exciting names right now. They could’ve played it safe, but instead they made something that sticks with you.
