Justin Bieber shares trailer for forthcoming docuseries, ‘Seasons’ [Watch] – Dancing Astronaut

Fans will get an unprecedentedly intimate look at Justin Bieber‘s life the launch of Seasons, a ten episode docuseries that will debut Jan.27 at 12 p.m. ET on YouTube. The trailer for Seasons picks up at the pivotal time that Bieber left off in 2017: the cancellation of a series of live dates for the tour in support of his 2015 LP, Purpose.

“Do you want to start by talking about the last few years?” the Seasons videographer asks, to which Bieber responds with a weighty, reflective “wow.”

Like the trailer, Seasons features insight from Bieber’s team members and close friends. It will also offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the private moments that have defined Bieber’s life offstage in recent years, such as the vocalist’s marriage to Hailey Bieber.

When I was getting started, YouTube provided me a platform and a community where I could share music, experiences, and moments with my fans.

It feels great to partner with YouTube for this original documentary series. I want my fans to be part of this journey.”

The trailer additionally includes a brief snippet of Bieber’s next single, “Yummy,” due Jan. 3. The short preview suggests that, stylistically, “Yummy” will blur the lines between R&B and pop, a design not unfamiliar to Bieber. The release of the Seasons trailer follows Bieber’s announcement that his next LP will arrive in 2020 along with a supporting tour.
