Pretence discusses his journey from Australia to Canada, which led to him producing ‘Dragon’
Right before I took the leap and left Australia, I filmed a DJ set called Pretence Presents: Exile as a way to give Canada a preview of what to expect when they see me live. In the set, I played an unreleased track that led to Rezz, the very artist who inspired me to start making music, following me on Instagram. I sent Rezz some demos and ‘Dragon’ was signed to one of my dream labels, HypnoVizion.”
