PSYENCE – “So High”

British psych-punks unleash new track full of raucous attitude

Layered with a potent, gritty British attitude to indie-punk, PSYENCE’s new single “So High” is a full-flavoured piece of indie energy. Having recently toured with the likes of Warmduscher, The Blinders, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, and Saint Agnes, PSYENCE are sharing the new single ahead of the release of their forthcoming new album L.I.F.E in September.

“So High” is a track that sounds like a compilation of classic songwriting techniques from British indie history. The power chords over the verse create exceptional drama, while the four on the floor kick drum is used for an upbeat groove throughout the track; there’s even hints of an acid baseline in there.
