New York City’s warner case is not only a classically trained percussionist, but also an excellent producer that consistently creates groovy tune after tune and is said to have a sound reminiscent of both ZHU and Duke Dumont.
Coming fresh the back of his recent single “comoverto…,”which was premiered here on Dancing Astronaut, case now releases his fun-loving house treat, “good time,” featuring Zak Downtown, that dazzles with high-hats, funky synths and an infectious vocal performance.
“I love how the vibe, melody, and lyrics all point to one thing: having a good time, plain and simple,” case says of the track. “Often in music (and Art in general), we get so entrenched in deep symbolism that we forget to just let loose and write something that feels good and makes us happy. Hopefully others will experience the same thing when listening to it.”
