Tiesto finally returning to trance sounded like a distant dream until this month! However, the days leading up to the LA festival Dreamstate Socal, a couple of exciting indicators set the rumor mills rolling. He mysteriously went dark on social media, triggering a viral countdown and wave of global speculation among dance music fans and media. A change of logo also took place to his old, 1999 avatar.
The build-up to the set also saw the release of ‘Bring Me To Life‘, a high-energy anthem featuring stunning vocals from FORS. The track drew direct inspiration from the massive fan energy erupting throughout Tiësto’s recent live shows as he revisited these foundational sounds at his live shows. The single debuted live during the highly anticipated performance at Dreamstate SoCal. The producer has hinted at his trance homecoming several times throughout the year, from his two-hour “In Search of Sunshine” set at EDC Las Vegas in May, to the launch of his new concept, PRISMATIC.
And it finally happened on Saturday, 11/22/2025, as expected, at Dreamstate SoCal. Laden with new IDs, his own trance classics as well as creations by other trance artists, a massive turning back the clock act has been witnessed! Watch history unfold right below :
