WhoMadeWho Drops 8th Studio Album ‘Kiss & Forget’

Danish electronic music trio, WhoMadeWho has released their highly anticipated new album, Kiss & Forget. This marks their first full-length album since the acclaimed ‘UUUU’ in 2022.

The 13-track album showcases the band’s versatility, blending elements of indie electronic, pop, house, disco, synthwave, and more. Featuring collaborations with renowned artists like RY X, Blue Hawaii, Adriatique, Kölsch, and nour, Kiss & Forget offers a very diverse listening experience. The album explores themes of nostalgia, innocence, eternal youth, love, and the ephemeral nature of human connection. From pulsating dancefloor anthems like ‘Children’ and ‘Heartless’ to more introspective tracks like ‘Love Will Save Me’ and ‘Saturday Pt. 1 & 2,’ Kiss & Forget offers a wide range of emotions and sounds.

Throughout their 20+ year career, WhoMadeWho’s influence has extended beyond their own performance and productions, with releases on prestigious labels such as Kompakt, Innervisions, and Life & Death, and some of the world’s most coveted stages, including Coachella Valley & Arts Festival, CRRSD, III Points, Tomorrowland, Circoloco, Pacha Ibiza, Space Miami, The Brooklyn Mirage, and more. Their experience led them to create their boutique festival series, The Moment, aptly named after their label, which promotes the idea of being present, connected, and appreciating music, and each other, giving back to the scene that has embraced them so warmly. The second edition of The Moment festival took place in Copenhagen on August 7-9th with performances from Amémé, Blond:ish, LP Giobbi, Marcel Dettman, Mind Against, Patrick Mason, Tripolism, and a hybrid DJ set from the band themselves. The band is now gearing up for their next live show, which will take place at the Tempodron in Berlin on November 20th.
