The tool you didn’t know you needed is here.
Lexicon, a new software tool, is changing how DJs organise and manage their music collections. While many DJ programs focus on live performance, Lexicon’s goal is to streamline the important but time-consuming preparation work that happens before a show. The program is designed to simplify tasks like organising, tagging, and syncing large digital music files, allowing DJs to focus more on their craft.
Created by a team of experienced DJs who run the brand, Lexicon’s software offers powerful automation tools that give users full command and flexibility. These features include automated cue point creation, removing duplicate songs, and the ability to create new custom tags. The program also has over 400 shortcut commands and can reformat thousands of tracks at once.
Lexicon is also stable with the market’s leaders, working well with platforms like Rekordbox, Serato, and Traktor. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems, making it easy for users to keep their music collection synced across different devices. The software has already been used by DJs in over 170 countries and is known for managing collections of up to 1.2 million tracks with ease.
Based on feedback from its community, Lexicon will also offer a free plan, which will let DJs import and move their music library between major DJ applications at no cost. For those who do not want a subscription, a new Lifetime License is available for a single payment. This license gives permanent access to all current and future features, providing a permanent solution for music management.
