PARAFRAME is back on Purified Records with a new single called ‘Inside‘, set to land on the label on October 23rd. The track arrives under catalog number PF0287 and comes in both extended and original mixes.
PARAFRAME is the project of Pavel Khvaleev, a Frankfurt-based producer and filmmaker who spent years as one half of the trance duo Moonbeam before stepping out on his own. His work has never stayed confined to the studio — Khvaleev also has a background in cinema and audiovisual performance, which tends to show up in how his tracks are built, layered, and paced.
‘Inside’ follows a run of releases that’s kept PARAFRAME firmly in Purified’s rotation. Tracks like ‘Euphoria’, ‘Heartbeat’, and ‘Strong’ all landed in the top three of Beatport’s genre charts, giving the project a solid foothold in the melodic house and techno scene that Purified has built its name around.
Beyond the chart performance, Khvaleev’s relationship with the label has grown into something that extends past the studio and onto the stage. At Purified Prague earlier this summer, he tested out ‘Inside’ live as an unreleased ID, playing it for the crowd well before anyone could pull up the track name. That kind of preview run is a common tactic for producers gauging a track’s energy on a dancefloor, and by the sound of it, ‘Inside’ did its job building anticipation ahead of the official rollout.
Purified Records has spent the past several years carving out space in the melodic house and techno world, working with artists who blend emotional songwriting with club-ready production. PARAFRAME’s catalog fits that mold closely, and ‘Inside’ looks to continue that streak now that it’s out. Listen below.
