Zamna Tulum is bringing a piece of Ibiza into the jungle. The festival has announced that the Amnesia 50 Years World Tour will touch down in the Mexican Caribbean on January 2, 2027, as part of Zamna’s 10th anniversary season — pairing five decades of Ibiza club culture with a decade of Zamna’s own immersive, nature-driven production.
Amnesia Ibiza has spent 50 years as one of the island’s defining clubs, serving as a launchpad and home base for artists and sounds that have shaped electronic music well beyond the White Isle. Its anniversary world tour has been carrying that legacy to new cities and crowds throughout the year, and Tulum is now one of its stops. The idea, according to organizers, is less about nostalgia and more about continuing a tradition built around musical discovery and the shared experience of the dancefloor — just transplanted into a jungle setting instead of a Mediterranean one.
For Zamna, part of Universal Xperience’s (UX) global portfolio of music experiences, landing the Amnesia tour is a notable get for its 10th anniversary run. What started as a festival carved out of the Tulum jungle in 2017 has since grown into an international brand with stops across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Ten years in, Zamna is positioning this Amnesia collaboration as a full-circle moment, bringing global club culture back to the place where its own story started.
The January 2 date connects two different, but related, chapters of dance music history. Combined, Amnesia and Zamna represent six decades of nightlife heritage — one rooted in Ibiza’s legendary club scene, the other built on Tulum’s festival-in-the-jungle format. Organizers describe the night as a meeting point between longtime Ibiza devotees and a newer generation of festivalgoers who may be discovering that lineage for the first time.
The Amnesia tour stop slots into Zamna Tulum’s broader anniversary season, which runs from December 31, 2026, through January 10, 2027. The run is being billed as a way to ring in the new year against the backdrop of the Mexican Caribbean, with the usual mix of production, jungle scenery and extended sets that Zamna has built its reputation on.
Lineup details for the Amnesia night are still under wraps, with a full reveal scheduled for Thursday, November 12. Before that, a presale opens Monday, November 9 at 12:00 PM Mexico City time, limited to 500 tickets at $90 each for registered fans only.
