III Points, the electronic music festival located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, has rescheduled the 2020 event for October 16 – 17 amid ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
Originally scheduled for May 1 – 2, the festival was able to retain headlining acts such as The Strokes, Robyn, Kaytranada, Caribou, and the Wu-Tang Clan. While heavy hitters Disclosure and Chris Lake do not appear on the updated lineup, III Points announced the addition of RÜFÜS DU SOL, Chromatics, ARTBAT, along with Peaches playing a 20th-anniversary performance of Teaches of Peaches.
III Points also announced the formation of III Points Miami Artist Initiative Fund with the Institute of Contemporary Art Miami. The program will offer financial assistance to visual or graphic artist, musicians, filmmakers, DJs, and writers who reside in Miami-Dade County and have worked as an artist for at least one year.
