Alesso’s latest creative endeavor, “The One,” has garnered significant acclaim from audiences across the United States and during an exclusive hometown performance in Stockholm, Sweden. To commemorate the success of this tour and provide fans with a lasting piece of the experience, the producer has officially released his The One EP. This two-track collection features standout IDs that have become staples of his recent live sets. The One is available now via Body Hi and Tomorrowland Music.
The EP highlights “Get Your Groove On,” which served as the captivating intro for Alesso’s recent tour and festival appearances, alongside “Smoke Machine,” a high-energy track that quickly ascended to fan-favorite status. The latter, characterized by its intense vocal delivery and blaring synths, created unforgettable moments during live performances, most notably at Tomorrowland Belgium. These tracks underscore Alesso’s continued modern musical direction, aligning seamlessly with his previous releases on the Body Hi label.
While The One EP captures the essence of the tour, it is not an exhaustive collection of the IDs showcased throughout the run. Alesso continues to develop new material, including tracks that lean into his classic, progressive house roots.
