Navigating life’s twists and turns, TATE SEDAR finds himself at a crossroads. During the 2010s in London, the sounds of dubstep became his solace. Transforming his career, SEDAR decided to pursue music full-time. This year began with promise—rebranding into ‘post-EDM,’ mixing analog and digital sounds. Yet, the road hasn’t been smooth: radical lifestyle changes, personal setbacks, and even a laptop crash that wiped his music library have tested his resolve.
Despite these challenges, SEDAR’s artistry shines. Carving a niche that gives him a true foundation, he’s combining elements of electro house, dubstep, and techno. This blend hasn’t gone unnoticed. His remix of “Shiver”—played on radio and major festivals—instantly connects.
“Shiver” by John Summit and Hayla captured hearts even before its release. SEDAR’s remix elevates it further. Hayla’s haunting vocals merge with SEDAR’s energetic electro house and reflective dubstep. The remix’s techno drop adds a fresh, modern edge, creating an unforgettable experience. This project symbolizes SEDAR’s year: challenging yet inspiring, filled with both obstacles and breakthroughs.
