Tiësto and Vintage Culture have dropped a fantastic jam that shows why they are two world-class dance music stars. This new track is “Coffee (Give Me Something)” and it will get everyone to dance again just like in the past. Tiësto and Vintage Culture released “Coffee (Give Me Something)” on August 14, 2020 via the former’s Musical Freedom imprint.
The track debuted during Vintage Culture’s set at Tomorrowland’s Around The World digital festival. “Coffee (Give Me Something)” also appeared during the Brazilian DJ’s “Unlock Your Soul” livestream as well. As for Tiësto, the track shows that the Grammy-winning, platinum-certified Dutch producer can still create memorable bangers.
Tiësto and Vintage Culture’s energy boost
Just like the caffeinated drink, “Coffee (Give Me Something)” will certainly give everyone that extra boost to start their day. It merges the best music production skills of both Tiësto and Vintage Culture. The smooth vocals also enhanced the vibrant deep-progressive house flavor that is in the track.
In pre-pandemic times, this awesome song would have been a number one track played in the nightclubs. Only time will tell when everyone can groove with one another again but with the addition of “Coffee (Give Me Something)”. The track is now available for download and stream on various streaming platforms.
Words from the men behind “Coffee (Give Me Something)”
“I’ve been going back and forth with Vintage Culture for a while now looking for the right song to work on together. His track ‘My Girl’ was one of the best streaming records on my label. When we heard the vocal for Coffee, we immediately had a ton of inspiration to work on this. And quarantine gave us a lot of time to try different versions and perfect the record. In the end we ended up making changes to the very last day! We’re really excited about how it turned out. It’s something for home playlists but also for the club. I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as we did making it.”
Tiësto discussing how “Coffee (Give Me Something)” came to be
“I’ve always respected Tiësto’s music and hard work. He is a pioneer in this music industry and a very positive influence. We’ve been discussing a music collaboration for some time. The challenge was finding the right song. With ‘Coffee (Give Me Something)’, we’ve created a track that will make the fans dance, combined with a melody they will remember long after the song is over. I’m very proud of my first collaboration with Tiësto and look forward to working with this legendary producer again in the future.”
