Tinlicker & Helsloot Reunite for New Single 'Edge Of Forever'

Dutch electronic trio Tinlicker has reunited with fellow Dutch producer Helsloot to deliver their celestial new single, ‘Edge Of Forever‘. Available now via [PIAS], the track highlights the evolving creative direction of Tinlicker, particularly following the addition of vocalist Hero Baldwin to the band’s lineup last year. This collaboration marks another chapter in the long-standing musical friendship between the artists.

‘Edge of Forever’

The track embraces a deliberate, slower rhythm characterized by lighthearted melodies and stripped-back synths. Baldwin’s ethereal vocals anchor the production, guiding the listener into a state of deep introspection. Falling firmly within the Progressive and Melodic House spectrum, ‘Edge Of Forever’ utilizes ecstatic, uplifting buildups to create a sense of optimism. It is the kind of intimate electronic composition that resonates on an emotional level, balancing technical precision with raw sentiment.

According to the artists, the track was conceived during the final leg of their recent UK and European tour. During this time, Tinlicker and Helsloot reflected on the pressures of the industry and the toll that constant striving can take on an artist. These shared experiences on the road served as the catalyst for the track’s ethereal soundscape.

This release follows Tinlicker’s acclaimed album, Dreams Of The Machine, which arrived in February. For Helsloot, ‘Edge Of Forever’ represents his fourth release of 2026, building on a productive year that has included tracks such as ‘I Was There’ (Booka Shade Remix), ‘Fledermaus’, and ‘FF’.

Upcoming Performances

Tinlicker has a light performance schedule in August as they prepare for an extensive North American tour beginning in September, with stops in Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, and Seattle, among others. Meanwhile, Helsloot is coming off a successful debut at Tomorrowland. He is set to perform several shows in the Netherlands before reuniting with Tinlicker for Amsterdam Music Week and the DGTL festival at the NDSM Warehouse on October 23rd.
