Festivals all around the world had their fans voting for their absolute favorites in the DJ Mag Top 100 Festivals 2025 poll, which started on April 16th. The poll closed on May 28th, locking in everyone’s votes for this year’s best festivals.
In 2022, the top 100 voting opened up to the people’s choice for the first time, and since then, they have seen a higher number of participants every year, making 2025 the biggest year yet. Votes were sent from North and South America to Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. People love festivals for many different reasons, like the magnificent experiences, crazy production theatrics, that underground sound quality, and the environment the culture brings. On this list, you’ll find various shows that have flourished in one or more of these things.
Coming in at number one, as the best festival in the world, is Tomorrowland in Belgium. It should be no surprise because Tomorrowland has it all. Number two on the list, and runner up, is Ultra Music Festival in the USA. Sneaking into the number three slot is Untold Festival in Romania.
