Miami’s Rhythm Of The Cup series is currently in full swing, offering a vibrant fusion of live music and global sports excitement. Produced by the collaborative efforts of Dayglo Presents and GMP Live, this World Cup-inspired event series is hosted at the iconic Miami Beach Bandshell, running through July 19. The series serves as a cultural bridge, pairing high-energy performances with dedicated watch parties for select matches taking place at Hard Rock Stadium.

The lineup features a diverse array of talent, including the Scottish funk-punk outfit High Fade, the legendary trip-hop collective Thievery Corporation, the nu-disco duo Poolside, and the Grammy-nominated electro-funk icons Chromeo. The programming is thoughtfully curated to align with the tournament schedule; each concert is strategically timed for the eve of a World Cup match at Hard Rock Stadium, with artists often hailing from the nations competing on the pitch.
While the initial performances by High Fade and Thievery Corporation have already concluded, the excitement continues with Poolside set to take the stage on Friday, July 10, followed by a grand finale featuring Chromeo on Friday, July 17. The series originally launched on June 20 with a family-oriented event, The Rock and Roll Playhouse Presents: The Music of Bad Bunny, which brought an interactive concert experience to younger fans.
Beyond the live music, the series provides a community hub for fans through organized watch parties. These gatherings are scheduled for both Semi-Finals on July 14 and 15, ensuring that supporters have a place to congregate during the tournament’s most critical moments. Gideon Plotnicki, Founder and Head of Programming at GMP Live, noted that the Miami Beach Bandshell provides the perfect historic backdrop for such a global celebration.
