SOFI TUKKER, the two-time GRAMMY-nominated electronic duo, have collaborated with OneRepublic to release their new single, ‘TSUNAMI.’ The song is now available through Republic Records.
‘TSUNAMI’ features a catchy melodic hook, a groovy bassline, and a fun chorus. This track blends the styles of SOFI TUKKER and OneRepublic smoothly. It has a steady beat that builds in energy while keeping a relaxed feel.

The release of the single comes after a string of wonderful releases and also in the midst of ongoing Animal Talk Tour
This release comes during a busy fall for SOFI TUKKER, as they are currently on their Animal Talk headline tour across North America. They have already performed at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Upcoming shows include Pacha New York in Brooklyn on October 2 and a main stage appearance at Austin City Limits Festival on both weekends.
‘TSUNAMI’ follows SOFI TUKKER’s recent singles, ‘COOK’ featuring J Balvin and the summer hit ‘Barthelona.’ This year has been strong for the duo, with their music spanning various styles. They have created excitement with their recent tracks, which were teased at festivals and DJ sets. This collaboration with OneRepublic continues to showcase a different side of their sound.
The duo’s latest partnership with Gibson
In addition, SOFI TUKKER also launched a design partnership with Gibson, the legendary guitar maker. They created eight custom Flying V guitars, which Sophie Hawley-Weld designed. The tour features these unique guitars, revealing a new take on the instrument that is part of Sophie’s performance identity. After the tour, some of the guitars will be auctioned off, with the proceeds supporting Gibson Gives, which aims to improve access to music education and wellness programs.
