A State of Trance has officially revealed the first wave of artists for its highly anticipated Rotterdam 2027 edition. The event is scheduled to take place on February 26 and 27 at the iconic Rotterdam Ahoy, promising an immersive experience for trance enthusiasts worldwide. Armin van Buuren is set to anchor both nights of the festival, delivering three distinct performances: a five-hour journey set on Friday, a headline solo set on Saturday, and an exclusive vinyl performance reserved for early access ticket holders and official hotel package guests.
The Friday program focuses on the evolution of the genre, with Armin van Buuren curating a set that bridges the gap between classic anthems and the modern sounds currently defining the trance landscape. The vinyl set, meanwhile, offers a rare, intimate experience before the main festival grounds open on Saturday.

Vini Vici and Space 92 Lead Saturday Highlights
Saturday’s programming features a standout back-to-back performance from Vini Vici and Space 92. The collaboration follows the success of their recent track, ‘Free My Soul,’ which features CERES and showcases a seamless fusion of psytrance and techno elements.
Trance Veterans and Emerging Talent
The festival continues its tradition of highlighting both legendary figures and rising stars. Friday’s lineup includes a powerhouse back-to-back set from Aly & Fila and John O’Callaghan, alongside performances by Dash Berlin, Push, Alex M.O.R.P.H., Richard Durand, and Ørjan Nilsen. Saturday will feature Ferry Corsten, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Hypaton, and Talla 2XLC, among others.
