Fever Secures $250M Funding to Expand Live Entertainment Reach

Live entertainment technology company Fever, which owns the prominent ticketing platform DICE, has successfully raised $250 million in a significant new funding round. This capital injection underscores a robust investor confidence in the enduring value of in-person experiences, even as the digital landscape continues to evolve.

The primary equity financing was spearheaded by EQT, with additional participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford, and several existing investors. Fever has characterized this milestone as the largest-ever funding round for a company operating within the live entertainment technology sector.

Fever Plans Global Expansion

According to the company’s official announcement, Fever has demonstrated impressive financial health, having more than tripled its revenue over the past three years while maintaining an EBITDA-positive status. Currently operating across 55 countries, the firm intends to utilize this new capital to penetrate additional markets and further refine its suite of tools for promoters, venues, artists, and cultural institutions.

These proprietary tools are designed to empower partners by providing deeper insights into audience demand, optimizing ticketing processes, and facilitating the successful launch of event formats in new territories. Fever’s extensive network already boasts high-profile partnerships with entities such as Formula 1, Primavera Sound, and the Palace of Versailles, while the company continues to produce and distribute diverse experiences, ranging from its signature Candlelight concerts to large-scale immersive entertainment.

DICE Adds to Fever’s Music Footprint

A critical component of Fever’s strategic growth is the integration of DICE. Since Fever acquired the music-focused ticketing platform in June 2025, it has solidified its position within the live music ecosystem. DICE maintains strong relationships with key venues and festivals, including Club Space, Sónar, the Newport Jazz Festival, the Newport Folk Festival, Alexandra Palace, and Rough Trade.

In the year following the acquisition, Fever reported record growth for both entities, citing a successful synergy in technology development and international reach. This latest $250 million investment provides the necessary runway to accelerate these efforts.

Live Experiences Are Still Big Business

Fever’s announcement highlights a compelling narrative regarding the relationship between artificial intelligence and the human desire for connection. The company noted that in an era increasingly reshaped by AI, the demand for authentic, in-person shared experiences is accelerating, as these moments offer a level of human connection that digital screens cannot replicate.

In a world rapidly being reshaped by AI, demand for in-person, shared experiences is accelerating.

Whether through a festival, a club night, or an immersive exhibition, the message from this investment is clear: audiences remain eager to step away from their screens and engage with the world in real life. Investors are betting $250 million that this trend is not only here to stay but will continue to thrive.
