Berlin-based producer Kaufmann is stepping up with her first standalone release on Drumcode, a two-track EP titled Easy A. This release marks a significant milestone for the artist, who has spent the last few years cultivating a consistent presence on Adam Beyer‘s iconic label through various compilation contributions and high-profile collaborations.
Easy A serves as a natural progression following Kaufmann’s previous appearances on Drumcode’s DC4 and A-Sides compilation series, as well as her recent collaborative effort with Oliver Huntemann on the track ‘K.O.’ That particular record has received substantial support from the label’s inner circle, further fueling the anticipation surrounding her solo debut.
