Related Ross and Palm Tree Crew have officially announced a four-year partnership with the City of West Palm Beach, securing the future of the Palm Tree Music Festival in the region through 2029. The announcement follows the inaugural local edition held on February 14, 2026, which drew a record-breaking 11,000 attendees to the West Palm Beach Waterfront Landing.
Headlined by Kygo and Calvin Harris, the sold-out return of the festival saw 85% of ticket holders traveling from out of town, highlighting the festival’s significant impact on local tourism and economic activity.
Under the terms of the new agreement, the festival is slated to expand into a two-day event beginning in 2027. The partnership aligns with Stephen Ross’s ongoing investments in the city’s cultural programming and Palm Tree Crew’s broader strategy of establishing boutique festival experiences in high-end global destinations like Aspen and Saint-Tropez. Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew, noted that the collaboration provides the infrastructure to build an enduring cultural landmark in West Palm Beach.
In addition to the festival, Palm Tree Crew maintains a local presence through its investment in the West Palm Beach venue Mary Lou’s. With a 2026 waitlist that exceeded 8,200 people, the move to a multi-year deal and an expanded format is designed to accommodate the surging demand within the 24-to-35 demographic. This long-term commitment ensures that the city remains a primary fixture in the Palm Tree Crew global event portfolio for the foreseeable future.
