The moon blocking the sun in the sky will take center stage during the upcoming celestial event, Texas Eclipse 2024. However, on October 17th, the organizers unveiled the initial lineup of artists who will perform in celebration of this extraordinary event. The list of performers includes Bob Moses, LP Giobbi, STS9, CloZee, Big Gigantic, Dirtwire, LSDream, and Claude VonStroke showcasing his bass-focused talents as Barclay Crenshaw. Additionally, you can expect to see Lee Burridge, the Desert Hearts collective, Tycho, Zeds Dead, The Disco Biscuits, and many other prominent artists in the electronic music scene.
Organized by Disco Donnie Presents in collaboration with experiential event company Probably Nothing, Texas Eclipse is set to take place at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnett, Texas, conveniently situated just an hour’s drive from Austin. The event is scheduled for April 5-9, 2024, and ticket sales will commence this Thursday (October 19), offering various options for two, three, and four-day passes (ticket prices are still pending). This is an all-ages event, with free admission for children aged 12 and under, along with discounted tickets for attendees aged 13-17.
Texas Eclipse 2024 is set to be a multifaceted event, with four festival stage areas, known as Earth, Sky, Moon, and Sun, curated by a team of international event producers. This team includes California’s Symbiosis, known for its 2017 eclipse festival in Oregon, and Germany’s Bachstelzen, among 10 others. The event will not only feature an array of musical performances but also offer art installations, wellness zones, science workshops, family education activities, yoga sessions, and more. The highlight of the event, the total solar eclipse, is scheduled for Monday, April 9, 2024.
