ARGY Brings NEWORLD Live Show to the Pyramids of Giza

ARGY is set to bring his NEWORLD live show to the Pyramids of Giza on November 6, with Egyptian promoter P+US confirming the show as the latest in a run of large-scale electronic productions staged at the site.

The Greek-born producer joins a growing list of artists who have played the Giza pyramid complex, following in the footsteps of Carl Cox, Adriatique and Anyma. The show also arrives shortly after EXIT’s Starlight Festival, taking place October 9 and 10, which is set to become the first multi-day music festival ever staged at the Pyramids.

P+US has been building toward moments like this since launching in 2019 under Egypt’s Venture Lifestyle group. The company has staged events across Cairo, El Gouna, Doha, Athens and Beirut, working with names like Anyma, Adriatique, Carl Cox, Tiësto and Miss Monique. At the Pyramids specifically, P+US previously delivered Anyma’s Quantum Genesys show and Adriatique’s X experience, both of which leaned heavily on immersive visuals to match the scale of the setting.

NEWORLD is ARGY’s live performance concept, built around a sound that moves fluidly between melodic house and techno. Rather than a standard DJ set, the project folds in custom stage design, ancestral imagery and high fashion elements to create a more theatrical, world-building experience around the music itself.

ARGY has spent the past few years establishing himself as one of the more distinctive voices in the melodic house and techno space, with releases and sets that favor mood and groove over straightforward peak-time energy. Bringing that approach to a location as visually loaded as the Giza pyramid complex sets up a pairing between sound design and ancient architecture that’s become something of a signature for P+US bookings.

The November 6 date adds to what’s shaping up as a packed year of electronic music programming at the Pyramids, with P+US continuing to position the location as a recurring stage for international touring artists rather than a one-off novelty.

Tickets for ARGY: NEWORLD Live at the Pyramids of Giza are available now through Ticket Egypt.
