LSZEE has exploded onto the scene this past year. The duo comprised of LSDream and CloZee is bringing a new wave of bass music to our ears. After taking over Red Rocks for 2 sold-out nights, they took their experience to the famous Brooklyn Mirage. For 2 hours, bass fans were treated to more than wubs.
We had the pleasure of listening to a stacked lineup comprised of Daily Bread, Tripp St., A Hundred Drums, and Jordan Moody. It was hypnotic and trippy and filled with grooves all over. The openers and closers were phenomenal and set the stage perfectly.
LSZEE showed off their first album together self-titled LSZEE. The 13-track album is impressive and diverse. It is a beautiful combination of their signature sounds. As LSDream said on stage, Cloozee is his âSpirit Sisterâ and you could feel it.
LSZEE
It was wonderful seeing these two grace the stage. LSDream and CloZee are experts in their genres and together they are so much more. It really is the perfect combo of heavy yet funky bass combined with ethnic-infused sounds. I saw both of them separately for the first time at Elements this year and was thoroughly impressed.
Seeing duos sometimes feels off but this felt perfectly right. They are spiritually made for each other and you could see it on stage. The two played all of their classics plus their album of course. They left fans happy with âPEACE LOVE & WUBSâ, âFRENCH DREAMâ, âWOOK WHISTLEâ, and âNIGHTHAWKâ.
I cannot wait to see these two again, whether it be together or separately. I feel spiritually connected with them after this year.
