Symphony of Unity Named First Act for Tomorrowland Brasil 2027

Tomorrowland Brasil 2027 has officially unveiled the first name on its highly anticipated lineup, and it marks a departure from the traditional DJ-centric announcements. The Symphony of Unity, the renowned orchestral ensemble established within the Tomorrowland universe, is set to make a landmark appearance at the Brazilian festival. The group will perform its acclaimed ‘Horizon’ show across all three festival days, running from April 30 through May 2, 2027, at the iconic Parque Maeda in Itu, São Paulo.

This booking represents a deepening of the bond between the festival and its South American fanbase. Brazilian audiences first experienced the magic of the orchestra in 2024 during ‘The Countdown to Tomorrowland Brasil,’ a special event in São Paulo where the ensemble shared the stage with Alok. In 2027, the group returns as a core component of the festival experience, with plans to feature a Brazilian musician on stage to further bridge the gap between global electronic music and local talent.

A Classical Reimagining of Dance Anthems

The Symphony of Unity was created by Tomorrowland’s creative team to bridge the gap between classical music and electronic dance music. The project brings together more than fifty classically trained musicians to perform orchestral arrangements of some of the genre’s most iconic tracks, including ‘Insomnia,’ ‘Reload,’ ‘Universal Nation,’ and ‘Don’t You Worry Child.’ Since its debut at the Belgian edition of Tomorrowland in 2015, the project has evolved into a recurring and highly anticipated fixture of the festival circuit.

The past year has been particularly significant for the ensemble. In April, they released their debut album, Orchestral Selection I, via Tomorrowland Music. This was followed in July by the premiere of ‘Horizon’—the group’s most ambitious production to date—on the Freedom stage at Tomorrowland Belgium. The show combined new original compositions with an immersive visual production. The project’s momentum continued in September with a sold-out performance for 14,000 fans at the historic Arena di Verona in Italy.

Bringing ‘Horizon’ to South America

As the ‘Consciencia’ storyline continues to unfold at Parque Maeda, the arrival of ‘Horizon’ promises to open a new chapter for the festival’s production. Organizers have confirmed that this will be the first time the ‘Horizon’ show is performed in South America. With the initial announcement now public, fans can expect further lineup additions for the 2027 edition to be revealed in the coming months.

Tickets and DreamVille

Festival passes and DreamVille packages for Tomorrowland Brasil 2027 are currently available for purchase through the official festival website, accessible via a registered Tomorrowland Account. DreamVille, the festival’s dedicated on-site camping area, remains the primary accommodation choice for attendees looking to immerse themselves in the full three-day experience at Parque Maeda.
