Moldova’s progressive trance icon Andrew Rayel and Vancouver’s melodic techno star Daijo have officially unveiled their latest collaboration, ‘On Fire,’ released via Dreamstate Records. This vocal-led trance anthem is fueled by a shared affinity for suspenseful, symphonic soundscapes that push the boundaries of modern electronic music.
The Sound of ‘On Fire’
At the core of this production is a poignant topline that captures the visceral sensation of being engulfed by love’s proverbial flames. The track features thumping kicks and a rolling low-end that rumbles beneath a haunting vocal delivery. Driving percussion blazes a trail into epic synth progressions, oscillating vox, and growling sub-bass, creating a rich, textured experience that bridges the gap between melodic techno and trance—a stylistic blend that has sparked significant conversation within the electronic community.
Andrew Rayel continues to evolve his expansive sound, following his previous label success with ‘Rave Angel’ and the release of his fourth artist album, EXTASIA – part one, on his own Find Your Harmony imprint. Currently, he is maintaining a rigorous international tour schedule, with upcoming stops at Dreamstate SoCal, EDC Thailand, and A State of Trance London.
Daijo, meanwhile, continues to cement his reputation as a rising force, having released music alongside industry heavyweights like The Shah and Julian Jordan. With numerous appearances in Beatport’s Top 10, his contribution to ‘On Fire’ further solidifies his status as a producer to watch.
