Following recent announcements regarding Intercell and the highly anticipated premieres from MATANGI, MAYA, and M.I.A., we are thrilled to unveil the first confirmed artists for ADE Live 2018. This year marks another significant chapter for the festival, which has solidified its reputation as a premier destination for discovering cutting-edge electronic live acts.
For the past three years, ADE Live has served as a vital pillar of the Amsterdam Dance Event, bridging the gap between emerging talent and established icons. Once again, the iconic venues of Paradiso, Melkweg, and Sugar Factory have joined forces to host a two-day program that celebrates the diversity of electronic music performance.

A Diverse Showcase of Electronic Talent
The 2018 edition promises to leave a lasting impression, headlined by the legendary queen of nu-disco, Róisín Murphy. Known for her ability to constantly innovate and surprise audiences since her Moloko days, Murphy brings a unique pop sensibility to the stage. She will be joined by the synth-heavy sounds of Agar Agar, the raw, punky techno energy of Red Axes, and the atmospheric dreamscapes of Eefje de Visser.
Last year’s edition set a high bar, featuring performances from heavyweights like Fatima Yamaha, Hercules & Love Affair, and Marian Hill, alongside breakout stars like Nambyar, Phlake, and Témé Tan. This year’s lineup continues that tradition of excellence, ensuring that electronic live music remains a central focus of the ADE experience.
Event Schedule Highlights
